Google Chrome remains on the top of the most popular browsers list with about 300 millions of users. This year it celebrates the seventh anniversary. From its very creation the developers focused on stability, safety and quick workflow. Thus, each new release of Google Chrome brings something new to its functionality, look, or security. Some differences are noticeable at first glance, others can be found only by professionals.
With the time and updates Google Chrome has changed a lot. For example, it is very easy to sync your data between different versions: you sign into your browser and gain access to all your bookmarks, history, tabs, and other settings on all of your devices and PC's. This functionality is hidden under the small square button with a silhouette in the top right corner of your browser.
The latest update brought not so many changes. These concern CSS, JavaScript, and Multimedia functionality. All of the upgrades bring browser functionality to a new stage making Google Chrome more reliable, user and developer friendly, and less power consuming in certain situations, like when the music is suspended.
Summing up, Google Chrome team do their best to make our experience better with each new update. If you got accustomed to this browser interface and like the functionality it provides, you are unlikely to move to a different one.
